1.- Check status light color. This channel may be offline at this moment.

2.- Refresh the page by clicking the same channel number or Explorer's Refresh button.

3.- Sometimes you need to press play for retrying the connection.

4.- Choose another channel. That channel may have many openned connections at this moment. Usually you will find a channel that you can watch without any problems. There many more channels
