amidst the cheering crowd... the throne has been taken... the new Mr. Gay World Philippines 2010 has been proclaimed last night at Metro Bar, Quezon City... the panel of judges were Carlos Morales, Ricky Gallardo. Fanny Serrano, Joel Lamangan, Manny Valera, Karen Agustin - chaired by Angel Aquino.
