The Barong Tagalog competition in male pageants is to the Terno competition in women as we all know it. You've seen the boys in their barest minimum in that Ricky Abad's gorgeous lusty swimwear... this time, you'll see them fully and elegantly-clothed, all wholesome and proper - the kind that girls would love to bring home to meet Mom and Dad, as they would put it :) ... here are the contestants of the 2010 GINOONG FILIPINAS wearing the traditional Barong Tagalog. We would like to thank and extend our appreciation to Mr. Ricky Abad for his generosity and apologize at the same time for the typo error on the credits of all our videos related to Ginoong Pilipinas (wherein the name "Ricky Miranda" should have been Ricky Abad instead. We have overlooked that part while editing our Ginoo videos before the last one (Swimsuit Part 2). Please accept our apologies.

Five Special Awards were handed out after a Leisurewear/ Dance Number namely: Best Physique Award, Gorgeous Smile, Gorgeous Face, Mr. Sex Appeal, and one somewhat baffling award - "Kisig" Award that went to the contestant who posessed "manly charisma" or what exactly defines "makisig"?
